If you wish to cancel or reschedule, notify us at least three business days before the agreed start date. You may transfer the session to a later date once without penalty. Services already performed, including preparatory work, are not eligible for reversal due to commitment of time and resources.

All digital resources are final sale. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, no credits or reimbursements will be issued, given the immediate nature of delivery.

7.3 Tangible Items

You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact Form. Once we receive and inspect the item, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or an error was made in fulfillment.
